Location: Genemuiden – 36-40 hours per week
As Manager Software & Electronics, you will bear responsibility for the development of software and electronics solutions within VConsyst. Your goal is to deliver high-quality and fully developed products that align with our strategic priorities and can be added to our product portfolio.
You will play a key role in realizing our ambition to be a leading service provider and work closely with departments such as Product Management and R&D to achieve both short- and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

YOUR MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Team development and leadership: Ensuring a qualitatively and quantitatively strong workforce and inspiring, managing and developing your team.
  • Organizing and managing development processes: Organize and manage software and electronics development activities, including cloud engineering and second-line customer support.
  • Prioritizing and problem solving: Setting clear priorities and removing obstacles in the development process in a timely manner.
  • Process Optimization: Contribute to standardizing and structuring development processes and systems for more efficient working practices.
  • Foster collaboration: Create effective interfaces with other departments within the organization and external partners, such as dealers and suppliers.
  • KPIs and budget management: Monitor budgets, operational KPIs and take timely corrective actions when necessary.
  • Contributing strategically to innovation: Develop a long-term vision and link it to projects, such as the servitization project, to exploit new opportunities in various market segments.
    Your work has impact, both in the Netherlands and internationally, with a focus on the public sector and its waste management suppliers.
