QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years in business development, preferably in healthcare, home health, or managed care environments.
  • Demonstrated success in market expansion and/or payor engagement.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint); CRM and analytics tools experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and geographically dispersed environment.
