Ichor Systems has an immediate opening for a Manager of Talent Acquisition, Asia Region. Located in Singapore, this position oversees our Talent Acquisition teams and operations in Singapore and Malaysia. This position will suit a hands-on leader who wants to be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting, ensuring accurate execution of hiring processes and policies, and partnering with business leaders, HRBPs, and external vendors to consistently deliver high-quality talent, meet hiring timelines, and provide a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Delivery  Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals  Set clear performance expectations and leverage metrics to track progress and drive accountability  Allocate resources effectively to meet changing business priorities and hiring demand  Promote a “One Ichor” culture and drive teamwork and collaboration among the TA and HRBP team members, inclusive of Ichor internal stakeholders.   Recruiting Strategy & Execution  Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop hiring plans  Actively seek out and track local and regional hiring market data to develop and adjust the TA strategy and approach as needed. Oversee full-cycle recruiting  Implement sourcing strategies that build diverse and high-quality talent pipelines  Ensure a consistent, structured, and compliant selection processes  Employer Brand & Employee Value Proposition (EVP)  Locally execute the company’s employer brand strategy across all recruiting touchpoints, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging  Ensure job postings, candidate communications, events, and outreach reflect the EVP and strengthen market competitiveness  Gather and share market and candidate insights to inform ongoing refinement of employer branding and messaging  Plan and support talent marketing initiatives, hiring events, and community engagement efforts to build brand awareness  Participate in local professional organizations (HR groups, industry organizations etc) to understand competitive landscape and build Ichor’s employer brand    Operations & Process Improvement  Act as primary regional contact for RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) vendor that provides resources and solutions for volume manufacturing recruiting needs Collaborate with Global TA function on continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and workflows  Monitor and report on key metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, funnel health, etc.)  Ensure data integrity within the ATS and recruiting systems Stakeholder & Candidate Experience  Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and hiring best practices  Champion a high-quality, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience  Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Employer Branding to align messaging and offers  Compliance & Governance  Ensure adherence to local and federal employment laws, internal policies, and global hiring standards  Support audits, reporting requirements, and process documentation  Position requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline field 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience 2+ years of people leadership or team-lead responsibility Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels  Strong knowledge of recruiting metrics and operational excellence  Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders  Experience in manufacturing / technology / global organizations Experience supporting high-volume and/or technical recruiting  Familiarity with global hiring practices and immigration processes  Key Competencies  Strategic thinking with strong execution focus  Coaching and team development  Data-driven decision making  Stakeholder influence and communication  Continuous improvement mindset
