Engineering Industries eXcellence is seeking a Manager of Talent Operations to lead our growing Talent Acquisition Team; you will play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategy, driving end-to-end offshore recruitment, and building scalable hiring practices aligned with the company’s ambitious growth plans. You will partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, design efficient recruitment processes, and develop strong talent pipelines across technical and non-technical functions. You will drive leadership communication, process improvements, and manage stakeholder relationships in India and abroad. In addition to your own Recruiting, you will coach a team of 2-3 Talent Acquisition Specialists, oversee recruitment reports and metrics, and ensure streamlined success in our offshore and nearshore recruitment. In conjunction with your TA responsibilities, you will work closely with our country HR manager to support HR Generalist activities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Talent Planning Design and execute an offshore hiring strategy aligned with business growth and expansion plans. Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for the local TA team and your own requisitions, including proactive talent pipelining for anticipated business needs, intake calls, sourcing, job postings, interviews, offer management, negotiations, ATS management and onboarding. Continuously review and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, speed, and a superior candidate and hiring manager experience. 2. Leadership & Specialized Hiring Drive leadership, mid-senior, and niche sourcing and hiring across all functions. Build and maintain external talent networks for leadership mapping and succession planning. Partner with external search firms and leverage referrals and professional networks to attract top talent. 3. Talent Acquisition Function Management Lead and mentor the local TA team, ensuring structured workflows, adherence to timelines, and delivery excellence. Support business leaders in planning and executing hiring drives and project-based recruitment. Define, track, and measure with HR and Talent Acquisition leadership key hiring metrics such as turnaround time, offer-to-join ratio, and cost-per-hire to report to stakeholders and leadership. Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective, quality hiring. 4. Capability Building & Mentorship Coach and develop the TA team to strengthen hiring capabilities and stakeholder management. Define and reinforce regional best practices and frameworks to enhance the overall maturity of the TA function. Provide strategic guidance in managing complex or critical hiring situations. 5. Stakeholder Management & Employer Branding Build strong partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional teams. Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Present data-driven insights and recruitment updates during management reviews. 6. HR Generalist Responsibilities Support the HR Manager with operational tasks to fuel the growth-mode of the company. Act as point of contact for employee concerns, mediate disputes, and fosters a positive environment. Support performance review processes to ensure a high performing workforce. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Key Skills & Competencies Deep expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy. Proven success in leadership and bulk hiring. Strong people management and mentoring skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication. Strategic thinker with strong execution and analytical abilities. Understanding of workforce planning, assessments, and recruitment frameworks. Qualifications & Experience MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). 10–15 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition. Minimum 5–8 years in a senior or lead-level role managing large-scale or multi-location hiring. Demonstrated experience in strategic workforce planning and scaling TA operations. Exposure to services, or distributed workforce environments preferred. Hands on experience with Workday Recruiting, is a plus.
