JOB SUMMARY

The Technology Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, developing strategies for technology implementation, and ensuring that the infrastructure aligns with the company’s goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Effective communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or Cisco certifications are desirable.

• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery.
• Prepare reports on infrastructure performance and project status for senior management.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational capabilities.
