Role: Manager of Technology Location: Bengaluru Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technology Leader to join our organization in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. This role will require a strong leader with proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across regions, working closely with both business leaders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a broad technology background, with experience in team development, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cultural dynamics across international settings. Key Responsibilities: • Cross-Regional Collaboration: Collaborate with global technology teams, business leaders, and stakeholders across regions (US, EMEA, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and alignment of technology initiatives • Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development • Innovation and Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging them to drive innovation within the region while ensuring the use of best practices • Change Management: Lead technology transformation initiatives in the region, driving change while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing business operations • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all technology initiatives in the APAC region comply with local regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and compliance teams • Performance-Driven Culture: Cultivate a performance-driven environment that encourages accountability, continuous learning, and a focus on delivering high-quality results • Agile & Scrum Facilitation: Act as a Scrum Master for relevant technology teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
