CORE RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as primary Marketing liaison to Sales, ensuring consistent communication of programs, POS, promotional windows, and new product information. * Update and maintain trade-facing sales presentations, incorporating POS materials, promotional updates, and Nielsen trend data. * Lead trade marketing and omni-channel campaigns from ideation through execution and structured recap of findings. * Develop and execute coupon and scan support programs; monitor spend in partnership with Portfolio Manager. * Analyze sales reporting and syndicated data to evaluate health of key chains and priority markets providing support and develop retail support strategies for declining markets and replicate growth tactics across regions. * Oversee omni-channel and e-grocery activations including Instacart and digital shelf execution. * Serve as subject matter expert for POS ordering hub and manage ordering windows and timelines. * Develop and implement POS for brand plans, promotional campaigns, and chain programs (e.g., VESTCOM). * Manage vintage roll updates including aligning with winemaking on technical wine data, management of asset creation, deployment of assets onto digital syndication platforms, and broad communication with sales and marketing team    * Oversee trade-facing asset management across Salsify, DAM systems, IRG Portal, and trade platforms. * Conduct post-campaign performance evaluations and deliver recommendations for optimization. * Partner with Senior Director of Brand Marketing to manage trade and omni-channel marketing budget and ROI performance. EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE * Own execution and delivery timelines — deadlines are commitments. * Proactively communicate risks and status updates before issues arise. * Manage competing priorities while maintaining organization and discipline. * Demonstrate commercial thinking through data-driven recommendations. * Collaborate effectively with Brand, Sales, Winemaking, and cross-functional teams. * Continuously identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improvement. * Operate with accountability, professionalism, and a growth-oriented mindset. QUALIFICATIONS * 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, omni-channel marketing, or CPG sales enablement (wine/spirits preferred). * Demonstrated experience managing campaigns from concept through recap and optimization. * Experience with POS development (and/or creative briefing), promotional program management, and coupon execution. * Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting Nielsen or syndicated sales data. * Familiarity with Salsify, DAM systems, digital shelf management, and e-grocery platforms. * Excellent project management and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
