JOB SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about website production, team leadership, and building scalable systems that deliver real value to clients? If so, you might be the Website Manager we’re looking for.
As the Manager of Websites, you’ll take full ownership of our website product delivery pipeline. You’ll lead an internal team, coordinate with external partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless delivery of client websites—on time, on brand, and above expectations.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll be responsible for process optimization, quality assurance, and team leadership, with a sharp focus on performance metrics and client satisfaction.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience managing website or digital product delivery teams (agency or digital services experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendor relationships
  • Excellent project management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end process of website production—from project intake to final launch—ensuring efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
  • Oversee the internal website production team, including staffing, performance tracking, and driving accountability through KPIs.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure alignment on quality standards, timelines, and throughput goals.
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Account Management, and other teams to align processes, resolve issues, and enhance the client experience.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve performance, and boost client satisfaction.
