JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient administrative processes, managing front desk activities, and providing support to our team. This role requires strong communication skills, a knack for team management, and proficiency in customer service. Empathy, good communication skills are required.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in an office management capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and clients professionally.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
  • Experience in training development or team management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
