SCHOOL OF BUSINESS OFFICE OF THE DEAN OF BUSINESS Manager (25260213) The appointee will provide administrative support to the Executive Master of Business (EMBA) programme of the School. Responsibilities: Serving as the key administrator of the EMBA programme within the School of Business; Formulating strategies for programme promotions and student recruitment; Providing full range administrative support to the EMBA programme, including programme operations, academic coordination, student administration, and services; Ensuring smooth programme administration by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders; Supporting faculty and students in teaching and learning activities; Enhancing class cohesion, engagement, and student satisfaction throughout the learning journey; Building relationships with students, alumni, and stakeholders through events and activities; Assisting in various School-wide functions and events; and Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements: A recognised bachelor’s degree with at least seven years of post-qualification work experience, with significant experience in dealing with senior executives; Strong sense of ownership and be flexible with competing priorities and changes; Strong interpersonal, analytical, organisational, and communication skills; A high standard of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua) and proficiency in Putonghua would definitely be an advantage; and Working on weekends and outside regular office hours is required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review, mutual agreement, and availability of funding. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
