Description The Manager, Office of the Executive Chairman serves as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Chairman, ensuring alignment of priorities, disciplined execution of key initiatives, and seamless management of the Chairman’s office. This role leads cross-functional projects, supports strategic planning efforts, and drives follow-through across the leadership team. Acting as a central coordination point within the organization, the Manager enhances organizational effectiveness by translating priorities into action. In addition to business operations and project leadership, this role requires strong business acumen, analytical capability, discretion, and the ability to balance strategic responsibilities with occasional personal administrative support. Salary Range: $83,900.00-$123,400.00 Please know that the salary information is a general guideline only. Requirements Strategic & Project Leadership Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the Executive Chairman, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and accountability. Track and report on progress of company strategic priorities and key performance indicators. Prepare executive-level briefing materials, presentations, financial analyses, and decision-support documentation. Support annual planning, quarterly priority setting, and leadership offsite preparation. Office of the Executive Chairman Management Oversee day-to-day operations of the Chairman’s office to ensure efficient workflow and alignment with company priorities. Manage complex scheduling and time prioritization to maximize strategic focus. Coordinate communications, agendas, and materials for leadership meetings, board meetings, and external engagements. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive corporate and personnel matters. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as liaison between the Executive Chairman and senior leaders to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely execution. Facilitate follow-up on key decisions and action items across departments. Improve processes and tracking mechanisms to enhance organizational effectiveness. Special Projects - Including but not limited to M&A activities. Support M&A activities through market research, target screening, and development of preliminary financial models. Conduct industry, competitor, and valuation analyses to inform strategic growth discussions. Provide analytical support for other strategic growth or capital allocation initiatives as needed. Assist in diligence coordination, data room management, and preparation of investment meetings. Executive & Personal Support Provide both business and personal support to ensure the Executive Chairman’s effectiveness and time optimization. Demonstrate sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs including calendar management, travel, and other duties as required. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. Anticipate needs, proactively identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field required. 3–5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, strategy, operations, or executive-level support. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; ability to interpret financial statements and business performance metrics. Demonstrated project management capability with strong organizational and follow-through skills. Ability to travel up to 2-3 times per month Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation preparation. High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Ability to operate with urgency and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Physical Parameters: Must be able to lift and carry 20 pounds.
