Description
Lead daily FA Inline business activities to ensure the team's results, business procedures, and performance criteria are met. Plan and optimize FA lab equipment, space, and budget usage to ensure efficient equipment utilization and resource planning for current and future activities. Lead and enable various FA lab audits, including EHS, quality, and customer audits to deliver successful goals and targets, effectively role-modelling a strong safety-first mentality, environmental, and quality standards. Develop and roll out an effective training and development program for the team, offering hands-on learning, resolving challenging FA cases, and leadership mentoring to elevate the group's FA skills and capabilities. Establish and refine valuable performance metrics, while guaranteeing consistent review and monitoring to effectively address gaps and develop a high-performing Inline team! Ensure regular communication and mentoring with Inline team members, defining important performance goals and enabling career growth opportunities. Provide technical mentorship and lead problem-solving activities for sophisticated FA requests for timely and effective root-cause analysis. Find opportunities for improvement in current methodologies, procedures, or business processes, lead in developing best-known methods to improve Inline team efficiency and effectiveness, and proactively collaborate with cross-site leaders for benchmarking and standardization. Lead communication and coordination with internal partners to ensure Inline FA requests, priorities, and goals are aligned and delivered to help resolve Fab issues and deliver process improvements quickly. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective resource planning, budgeting, and experience in lab management. Familiarity with Fab processes and inline defect analysis. Solid understanding of EHS and quality audit requirements. Proven track record in working within an inclusive and diverse work environment. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Proven experience in semiconductor failure analysis or process engineering. Proven leadership experience leading technical teams in a lab or manufacturing environment.
