Job Summary: Heart and soul of the customer experience at Cannabis21+. Responsible for providing strong knowledgeable educational and friendly customer service skills to ensure a positive shopping experience. Responsible for providing an environment that delights not only the customer but also the team they lead. Will assist in the development and training of all Cannabis21+ Sales Associates Budtenders as necessary, requiring current regulation and product knowledge while displaying leadership in line with the company core values. MOD is responsible for the opening and closing of the store. Responsible for supporting the store in attaining goals, and sales. Also ensuring that marketing efforts are consistent in their location with brand standards among other duties.

Excellent sales service and ensuring great customer service making customers feel comfortable by providing knowledgeable detailed product information and making the appropriate product recommendations.
Assisting in development and training of Cannabis21+ staff
Opening and closing store
Helping attains store goals such as sales averages through team motivation
Ensuring that the shift under their supervision adheres to company and industry compliance and regulations
Ensures the store meets company and industry safety and cleanliness standards.
Strain knowledge provides each customer with education on every strain available in the store, consumption methods, and product effectiveness.
Ready to answer customer inquiries and or questions about products and make them feel comfortable while doing so, using sales techniques at every opportunity and ready to offer and discuss options to each customer.
Addressing operational problems that arise and appraising the Operations Manager
Ensuring customer service levels are consistently excellent
Promoting specials sales, offers, and any loyalty program in place.
Ensuring compliance in all areas including with local and state regulations regarding cannabis sales, to include proper product handling upon end of transaction.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on new products within the stores and in the industry.
Restock of shelves, proper displays as set forth by Cannabis21+ to include the look and feel of the store. This includes proper music and volume of music as set forth by Cannabis21+.
Cash handling and other forms of payment securely and responsibly. Utilizing the POS system properly and taking all training offered by each system.
Assist in inventory management, including monitoring stock level and reporting discrepancies as identified.
Seeks to become familiar with and proficient at all other tasks and duties of the Operations Manager
Management of shift, to include employee performance, and providing support to employees when customers are lined up.
Proper handling of product upon purchase to ensure compliance at all levels including local and state laws.
Supervise and train staff on matters within your area of expertise, ensure proper use of POS and payment systems, and proper completion of daily store logs.
Able to properly use systems to report incidents and have strong communication skills
Manage conflicts and resolve complaints, documents and directs customers concerns timely
Excellent organizational skills, and attention detail, able to review reports and improve results
