JOB SUMMARY:

The Manager on Duty (MOD) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outdoor hospitality venue during scheduled shifts. This includes managing staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining safety standards, and responding to any operational issues that arise. The MOD acts as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring smooth execution of events and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Experience with crowd management or large-scale events.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and staff coordination tools.

  • Reporting & Communication

  • Communicate effectively with upper management and other departments.
