As a Manager on Duty (MOD), you’ll be at the heart of the action, overseeing daily event operations, leading teams, and ensuring every experience at The Classic Center is seamless and unforgettable. From coordinating event logistics to managing staff and ensuring a top-tier guest experience, you’ll be the go-to person for making events happen without a hitch.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and support Shift Supervisors, part-time staff, and temporary labor to deliver flawless events
  • Oversee event setups, changeovers, and housekeeping to maintain The Classic Center’s high standards
  • Ensure safety, efficiency, and execution of event plans as outlined by our Event Planners
  • Act as the key point of contact for event logistics, guest experience, and emergency preparedness
  • Conduct staff training to ensure a well-prepared and professional team

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations within a multipurpose facility, event venue, or related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving under pressure
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
