Ensure all new hires are issued appointment letters within the TAT ( Turn around time ) and also track the acknowledgement by the employee. Review and approve in Salary structure in discussion with accounts . Monitor leave accruals (Accumulated ) , Comp off and all leave related benefits are administered as per policy . Analyse Leave records and Recommend policy changes to the management , if any Ensure performance improvement plans ( PIP ) and performance enhancement plans ( PEP)are reviewed and approved Manage all exit related documentation is handled in a timely manner Audit employee personal files Ensure employes are issued confirmation letters in a timely manner. Responsible for announcement of IJP ( internal job posting ) and issue of promotion letters Responsible for background verification tracking and also for specific client related BGV Responsible for various trackers like appointment letters, confirmation letter, promotion , Transfer etc. Issue of various letters and tracking Responsible for timely bank account creation and accuracy of data Responsible for verifying salary related inputs and necessary approvals to the payroll team Ensure employee communication is done in timely manner and good employees are maintained.
Responsibilities
The manager will ensure timely issuance of appointment and confirmation letters, track employee acknowledgments, and manage exit documentation. Additionally, they will oversee leave management and performance improvement plans.
