Position Type: Full-time, 3-year Ivey Business School Foundation renewable contract.
Hiring Range: $74,800 - $93,551.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Equal parts strategic thinker and reliable contributor, you know how to lead complex projects from vision to execution without losing sight of the details that make a great customer experience. You take ownership of change and continuous improvement, and you’re motivated to make high-quality education feel seamless, accessible, and meaningful.
In this role, you’ll be the central lead for open enrolment programs at Ivey Executive Education — managing the full lifecycle of each program from initial planning and faculty collaboration through marketing alignment, participant experience, delivery logistics, and post-program evaluation. You’ll bring together cross-functional teams and keep things running smoothly, while always looking for ways to level up how we do things.
You’re the kind of person who sees the full picture but knows when to dig into the details. You’re comfortable making decisions, managing budgets, and driving results, but you also care deeply about how people experience the journey. If you’re looking to lead with purpose, shape educational programs that make an impact, and help grow a dynamic business, this role is your ideal next step.
