Overview The Manager, Operational Data & Resource Capacity Management collects, reports, and operationalizes data to best support the goals of the Client Services organization (Professional Services and Client Success) and to enable the optimal allocation of resources. This leader leverages their analytical and data reporting skills, knowledge of Resource Capacity Management best-practices and modeling, and their team of data analysts to ensure Client Services capacity is balanced with business demand, colleague utilization is maximized to attain margin and efficiency targets, and the right people are aligned to the right work to drive colleague and client satisfaction. This position focuses on providing operational data and insights that support organizational performance to Client Services leadership and teams, Executives, and partners in other functions including Finance and Revenue Operations. Starting base pay for this role is between $100,000 and $139,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match.
