Reporting to the Head of Operational Risk (Investments), the Manager will implement, maintain and monitor the Rest Risk Management Framework within Investments business Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the Investment team’s risk profile to support strategic and regulatory objectives including compliance with CPS230 Lead the generation of regular reporting for the Investments teams, Investments leadership and committees as required. Partner closely with Investment teams to conduct risk assessments, implement effective controls and execute the Line 1 controls testing program including design and operational effectiveness testing; Lead the identification, investigation, and resolution of operational incidents including internal and external audit findings; Support the Head of in the ongoing management and oversight of the CIO FAR obligations related to Investment management. Build strong relationships with Investments teams and supporting functions trust and credibility. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in accounting, economics, business or equivalent Professional certification (eg, CFA, FRM) or member of Risk Management Institute of Australia / GRC Institute Required experience, understanding or credentials including: Demonstrated and proven experience in operational risk and compliance management within investment management and/or superannuation, with direct exposure to investment operations preferred. Extensive experience and a proven track record with control testing and assurance activities.
