Job Description
We’re looking for you to join our Operations Delivery Team
Tasks
- As a communicative interface, you’ll work closely with the delivery teams to improve daily operational performance, proactively identify weaknesses and develop solutions
- Your role will be to create, implement and test multi-channel CRM campaigns (primarily email, but also push & in-product notifications (IPN)) to drive customer engagement - this will be done in close coordination with colleagues in the Customer Engagement & Operations team
- You’ll be involved in operational implementation - working closely with the WOW Customer Engagement team to ensure quality, accuracy & consistency with WOW brand guidelines & tone-of-voice
- Above all, the creation, testing & execution of customer campaigns & canvas in all formats (email, push, IPN) for commercial activities such as win-back, retention, upselling, damage limitation is part of your daily business
- You’re responsible for maintaining a strong customer & business focus in all operational activities
Requirements
- You’ve a degree and at least 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Through your professional experience, you’ve already gained initial experience with transformation projects, as well as in the design & management of E2E workflows or processes
- In addition to your test-oriented mindset with great attention to detail, you’re characterized above all by your passion & interest in everything digital, especially digital experiences & the streaming industry (OTT), as well as a general affinity for technology
- Above all, your ability to take a customer-centric view to consider, shape & improve customer journeys, as well as your excellent communication & teamwork skills, and your willingness to build & maintain relationships with a broad group of stakeholders, are among your strengths
- A positive approach & hands-on mentality, as well as the ability to work excellently with wider teams, even under time pressure, come naturally to you
- Braze, Emarsys & data bank knowledge as well as good MS Office skills set you apart from others
- Your good command of English (written & spoken) rounds off your profile
