Assists in ensuring that documentation is kept in a manner as to satisfy all regulatory/governing entity requirements. EDUCATION: Minimum High School Diploma, preferably AA degree in Facilities Management or related trade. Familiarity with the trade work of the areas or responsibility. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Five years experience in Facilities Management preferred; preferably in hospital setting.
