MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering results across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people metrics.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, problem solving, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with FDA and ISO 13485 compliance.
  • Ability to lead in a matrixed organization.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational role.
  • Passion for developing talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Operational Leadership:

  • Lead daily operations across production, engineering, maintenance, and support teams.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality medical products in compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.

Performance Management:

  • Own and deliver site PKIs related to:

    • Safety: Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with EH&S standards.
  • Quality: Maintain product integrity and compliance with quality systems.
  • Delivery: Meet customer demand through effective planning and execution.
  • Cost: Manage budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • People Engagement: Build a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Develop and execute site-level strategies aligned with corporate goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support new product introductions and technology transfers.

Team Development & Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Facilities & Management:

  • Ensure optimal functioning of all site infrastructure and equipment.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs and capital projects.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Represent the site in audits, customer visits, and corporate reviews.
