JOB TITLE MANAGER – OPERATIONS   Department / Division   Operations Position reports to   Sr. Manager - Operations External Interface (Enlist external agencies/authorities that you are required to deal with while discharging your duty) * Retailers – Store Managers  * Outsourced  Agencies – Facility Managers, Supervisors  * Local municipal authorities/ government and other regulatory bodies    Minimum Qualification (i.e education, training etc.) * Graduate, preferably in hotel management   Minimum Experience   * 8 – 12 years of experience in Operations in retail industry; with 2 – 3 years' experience  in mall operations preferred Special Skills/Attributes  (required for performing the job effectively) * Strong operational and team management skills  * Knowledge of parking systems & automation technologies  * Customer service orientation  * Problem-solving and crisis management ability  * Financial acumen (revenue tracking & cost control)  * Good coordination and stakeholder management    Overall Purpose/Objective Of the job  * Manage the overall operations of the mall by offering the highest quality of services to both retailers and customers, in order to increase footfalls and consumptions and offer the customers a good experience Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have,  to achieve the key objectives) * Oversee end-to-end parking operations ensuring smooth vehicle flow and optimal space utilization * Manage parking staff including supervisors, attendants, and third-party vendors * Ensure implementation of SOPs for entry, exit, ticketing, and revenue collection * Monitor daily parking revenue, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy * Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high service standards * Coordinate with security team for traffic control, safety, and emergency response * Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of parking systems (boom barriers, RFID, ticketing machines, CCTV) * Plan and execute peak hour and weekend traffic management strategies * Implement safety protocols to avoid accidents, congestion, and unauthorized parking * Drive initiatives to improve parking efficiency and customer experience * Monitor cleanliness, lighting, signage, and overall upkeep of parking areas * Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire safety norms, and mall policies * Prepare MIS reports on occupancy, revenue trends, and operational performance * Control costs related to manpower, maintenance, and utilities within budget
