CDD Solutions is a FinTech start-up based in Amsterdam and Enschede. We are developing a platform that offers compliance solutions tailored to a variety of AML, WWFT, and WTT regulations, simplifying complex KYC and CDD requirements to enable effortless risk mitigation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A natural self-starter with a strong passion for sales, business development and getting things done.
  • Excellent networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proactive and capable of working independently with a high sense of responsibility.
  • Confident communicator, both listening and presenting are essential in this role with high-level executives.
  • Comfortable balancing office and field work (50/50 split)
  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO-level) or equivalent through experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch, with strong spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

We are a small, close-knit team of nine professionals, including hands-on investors, and we are looking to strengthen our core by adding an all-round Manager Operations & Sales.
In this versatile, hands on role, you’ll take charge of building and managing your own client portfolio, both in the Netherlands and internationally. This means bringing in new clients as well as maintaining close relationships with existing ones. Your contacts will typically be high-level executives.
You’ll also serve as a key sparring partner for our product and development team, helping shape the direction of our products. In short, you’ll play a central role in driving our growth.
In addition to sales, your responsibilities will include initiating partnerships and assisting the Managing Director in the fast-paced, day-to-day operations of a growing start-up.
