THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Operations Strategy to join our Operations team at a critical moment of scale. Over the next two years, we plan to double the number of devices deployed in the field, double our in-field workforce, and launch multiple new product lines—making this role central to shaping and enabling our future growth.
You will work closely with operations leadership and cross-functional teams to define and track the metrics that guide performance, while also leading open-ended initiatives to unlock scale and efficiency across our expanding organization. This is a unique opportunity for a rising strategic leader to build and implement scalable processes that will support rapid expansion and increased operational complexity.

THE SKILLSET

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., SQL, BI platforms).
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity in open-ended projects.
  • Experience in a technology company or high-growth startup.
  • Exposure to supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or field operations environments.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or workforce management platforms

  • The Panel: Learn more about the team, responsibilities, and workflows. You should be prepared to speak about past projects, how you collaborate and communicate with others, and how you live our values. Depending on the team and role you are interviewing for, you may meet with several teammates as well as cross-functional partners.
  • The Technical Assessment: Our technical assessments seek to test the hard skills required to do the job. Engineers may find themselves in coding interviews or architecture discussions, sales roles may present mock discovery calls, and leadership roles may craft 90 day plans. Your recruiter will inform you of which assessment you will be assigned and ensure you are fully prepared for your big day.
