JOB SUMMARY:

The Oracle Fusion Cloud Manager will be responsible for the effective implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with a primary focus on the General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules. This role is critical in ensuring seamless financial system integration, particularly in the context of acquisitions. The manager will collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to ensure that financial systems and processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA title, master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud or any other top ERP systems, with a strong focus on the General Ledger and Fixed Assets modules.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Confirmed experience in leading ERP implementations and managing ongoing system maintenance.
  • Strong background in financial systems and accounting principles, with experience in post-acquisition financial integration.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing people, driving team performance, and fostering a positive work environment

SKILLS:

  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications or any other top ERP systems, particularly General Ledger and Fixed Assets.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and project management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with other ERP modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
  • Experience in the finance, insurance or technology sectors.
