Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Reporting directly to Senior Manager, Culture and Capability, this role will be responsible for:

  • Support staff development through meaningful goals, performance management, and growth opportunities.
  • Apply specialist knowledge to design and evaluate capability-building solutions.
  • Design a customer-centric approach to our learning and development policy and processes to ensure our workforce are clear on how to access learning experiences and advance their own career pathways.
  • Deliver learning and capability uplift projects that enhance performance and experience
  • Create organisational development plans using data and change management to drive transformation
  • Lead leadership framework reviews to guide employee growth and planning.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering organisation-wide capability improvement strategies.
  • Experience in designing digital learning experiences using current learning technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills in inclusive environments; resilient and adaptable.
  • Tertiary qualification in Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
