In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing team of Change Managers and Analysts, embedding them into cross-functional delivery teams. You will shape and set the gold standard for Agile Change Management – defining the principles, practices, and mindset that will elevate the entire function. Your leadership will empower others to become true masters of their craft while you maintain your own technical change practitioner and leadership knowledge through learning and continuous development.
You will also take full ownership of the NZ Organisational Change and Readiness roadmap, providing strategic oversight and delivering key insights to senior leadership teams. This is your opportunity to drive business maturity in change readiness and uplift change management capability across leadership communities.
