Position Summary Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for building, creating and continuously improving learning experiences, knowledge transfer and process landscapes in a fast-growing organisation. Recognising that people learn differently, you will translate business needs into engaging development opportunities, taking into account internal governance guidelines and external regulations. Passionate about AI and digital transformation, you can turn complex topics into practical learning concepts that help employees work smarter, collaborate better, and grow professionally. Key Responsibilites Business Partnership & Culture Partner with business teams to identify capability needs and design targeted interventions. Continuous further development and adaptation of our target operating model to ever-changing business needs, ensuring the best possible support for operational activities. Foster an open, learning-oriented corporate culture through performance and feedback processes. Support major projects through learning, communication, knowledge transfer and change enablement activities. Initiate and oversee knowledge management projects to optimally support our growth strategy. Facilitate team workshops and development sessions. Contribute to a strong learning culture and employee experience across Europe. Process Management & Governance Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in close collaboration with business units and consistently align processes with efficiency, quality, and regulatory requirements. Optimally integrate internal governance guidelines and external regulations into the process landscape. Act as a strong partner and influencer for local and global stakeholders, enable transformation, and advance process maturity. AI Enablement & Future Skills Drive AI literacy and adoption across the organization. Design and deliver training concepts around AI, automation and digital productivity. Identify future skill requirements and translate them into practical development initiatives. Act as an internal advisor on learning and capability topics related to technological change. Learning and Capability Development & Operations Develop and implement PROXITY's learning and capability strategy. Create scalable onboarding, development and leadership programs. Build competency frameworks and career development pathways. Design learning solutions that support business growth and organizational change. Work with internal and external trainers, partners and vendors. Measure learning effectiveness and continuously optimize learning offerings. Your profile 4 -6 years of experience in Process Management, Organizational Development & Culture, Learning & Development, Change Management or a related field. Experience designing and implementing learning solutions, in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Genuine passion for AI, technology and future workforce development. Strong understanding of modern learning methodologies and adult learning principles. Experienced in providing consulting and support for process management, knowledge transfer, and cultural development programs. Excellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, entrepreneurial and comfortable building new structures and processes. Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
