About the role
As the Manager – Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity, you’ll be a key leader protecting AGL’s generation sites and critical infrastructure from evolving cyber threats. You’ll drive the uplift of cybersecurity maturity across diverse operational environments, develop innovative solutions to support the transition to renewables, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role leads a national team of OT cybersecurity engineers, partnering with site, engineering, and control system teams to deliver strategic security initiatives. You’ll be responsible for incident response, proactive threat management, vulnerability and risk management, and embedding best-practice security into everyday operations.
About You
You’re a leader with deep OT/ICS cybersecurity expertise and the ability to navigate complex operational environments. You combine strong technical capability with exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, enabling you to influence outcomes and embed security culture across the business.
