Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Cleveland St - Greenville, SC 29607 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Job Shift: Day Under the general supervision of the Director of Withdrawal Management and Outpatient Services this position provides facility and program direction for outpatient (adult/adolescent) treatment programs. Ensures that all outpatient services treatment and supervision are in compliance with all prescribed standards, including Medicaid, CARF, DPH, UCR and OSUS QA standards. Ensures required OSUS deliverables applicable to outpatient programs are submitted to OSUS. Directs the hiring, supervision and completion of timely performance evaluations for direct report staff. Assists in the preparation and management of departmental budget for annual program operation. Provides overall direction for the development of programs and services to meet the needs of referral sources and clients. Ensures that waiting lists are monitored for services and requires adjustments as necessary to ensure provision of services. Develops and maintains supportive relationships with community agencies, organizations, institutions and all other referral sources. Manages the hiring, supervision, orientation, and evaluation of staff within established guidelines. Develops, implements, and maximizes the scope of all billable services. Collaborates with the Medical Team to assist in the Medication Assisted Treatment Program’s needs and encourage growth. Works closely with the Coordinator of Clinical Supervision through documentation reviews and thorough case reviews. Provides feedback to staff as necessary. Works alongside the Director of Prevention and Community Based Services to implement community services for adolescent and adult treatment needs through community connections. Provides recommendations on process improvement function for improved outcomes within program. Serves on agency committees as needed and performs other duties as assigned. Actively supports ERI values of acknowledgment, commitment, openness, celebration, and humility. Actively support a trauma informed and responsive work environment as demonstrated in the 5 core values of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment. Actively supports and implements Motivational Interviewing as the program’s core evidence based practice. Performs other related duties as needed or assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE Master’s degree in human service area from an accredited institution, 5 years’ experience in related work with at least 3 years of supervisory experience managing complex programs preferred (multi-site, multi-license/accreditation, etc.). Licensed to practice in SC (LISW, LPC, LMSW) and/or appropriately credentialed by state of SC based on the following: job duties, years of experience, and level of licensure. Licensure and/or additional credentialing may be required within reasonable time frame upon hire.
