We are now looking for a People & Culture Manager to support our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our people and leaders, ensuring a positive employee experience and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
This is a fixed-term position covering a parental leave, lasting approximately one year. We hope you can join us in October 2025.
Our People & Culture team drives diversity, cultural transformation, talent development and improvement of ways of working. We provide compliant and efficient people & culture data and day to day operative services to the business.

Responsibilities
  • Advising and coaching people managers and employees on a wide range of People & Culture topics such as employment relations, policies, annual P&C processes, organizational planning, and workforce forecasting.
  • Driving local initiatives that support employee well-being and promote our Growth culture transformation and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Acting as a key partner in cooperation with union representatives, fostering constructive dialogue and collaboration.
  • Delivering compliant and efficient day-to-day P&C services and operations, contributing to a smooth employee experience.
  • Designing and executing local talent attraction activities to help us find the best future talent, and managing recruitment processes end to end.
  • Ensuring high-quality data in our HR tools and providing insights to support informed decision making by business leaders.
