Job Title Manager - P2P Job Description Job Title: Manager – P2P Role Summary: The Travel & Expenses (T&E) Manager oversees end-to-end T&E operations, corporate card programs, SAP–Concur integrations, and expense audit processes. The role ensures policy compliance, strong internal controls, seamless travel account management, and timely financial reporting. This position partners with internal stakeholders and drives continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Job Description Key Responsibilities T&E Operations & Card Management Manage BTA, Amex Corporate Cards, P/M/Travel Card programs including issuance, renewals, cancellations, and compliance monitoring. Oversee expense workflows in SAP Concur including approvals, audits, and policy enforcement. Monitor T&E transactions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely debt recovery follow-ups. Act as primary contact for travel agencies, card providers, and employees. Audit, Controls & Compliance Conduct T&E audits, validate compliance, and manage policy escalations. Ensure strong internal controls, prevent misuse, and support internal/statutory/local audits. Complete month-end and year-end activities related to T&E. System Management & Integration Manage SAP IDoc clearance, reconciliation, and troubleshooting. Resolve Concur–SAP integration issues and ensure data accuracy. Leverage Concur Detect for fraud prevention and duplicate detection. Reporting & Stakeholder Management Generate T&E, compliance, and expense analytics reports. Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements. Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and market stakeholders for alignment and escalations. Process Improvement & Training Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Deliver training and guidance on T&E policies and system usage. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business, Finance, Compliance, or related fields. 10+ years of experience in T&E operations, travel management, or corporate card administration. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Expertise in SAP, SAP Concur, Concur Detect, and MS Excel. Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and audit process How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
