ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Manager – Packaging Strategy, Process & PMO plays a key role in shaping and driving Henkel Adhesive Technologies’ global packaging agenda by orchestrating strategic alignment, process governance, and cross-functional program execution. The role integrates strategic planning across packaging categories, sustainability, and procurement; defines and rolls out standardized packaging processes with clear ownership and accountability (RACI); and leads the governance structure and senior management interface for packaging initiatives. It is a central enabler of operational consistency, functional excellence, and future-readiness across the global packaging community.

• Own and evolve the global packaging strategy, ensuring alignment with Henkel’s business, sustainability (e.g., PPWR, EPR), and procurement goals
• Coordinate category-specific strategies in collaboration with SMEs and CoE leads to drive harmonization and eliminate redundancies
• Integrate sustainable packaging targets and regulatory compliance into the overall strategic roadmap and performance tracking
• Align packaging priorities with procurement strategy, focusing on supplier collaboration, innovation, and value optimization
• Define and maintain standardized end-to-end packaging processes, establishing ownership and clarity through global RACI models
• Lead global process documentation and training rollout, ensuring consistency and enablement across packaging functions
• Act as PMO for cross-functional packaging initiatives, managing governance structures, project portfolios, and risk tracking
