You have at least six years of experience in Paid Social
You have an innovation mindset and a passion for improving processes

You have hands-on experience building relationships with platforms, including Meta and TikTok, and a detailed technical knowledge of the platforms
You have a passion for data, an analytical mindset and love all things social
You understand the role Paid Social and creator content play in the wider social strategy
You love building a rapport with people and have experience building productive relationships
You understand how to utilise new industry developments and technology
You’re a confident communicator

Responsibilities
Develop multi-platform Paid Social strategies that achieve measurable results
Build and maintain client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact, presenting strategic recommendations, delivering insights, and resolving campaign-related challenges
Explore and utilise new platforms or methodologies to improve campaign performance and client value
Create and implement comprehensive Paid Social strategies aligned with client goals and market trends
Guide and support junior team members, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices
Oversee campaign performance across accounts, identifying trends and recommending adjustments to meet KPIs
Be proficient in managing campaign budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation
Have a comprehensive understanding of how paid social integrates with other channels
Lead large-scale campaigns, such as product launches or seasonal promotions, ensuring outstanding performance
Develop and refine processes for campaign setup, reporting, and optimisation to enhance team efficiency
