Job Description As the Manager of Logistics-as-a-Service (LaaS)/Pandgo, you will report directly to the Head of LaaS and drive the execution and continuous improvement of LaaS operations and commercial initiatives across 17 markets in the EU, Turkey, and APAC. You will support the delivery of LaaS strategy end-to-end, contributing to go-to-market execution, pricing implementation, and operational excellence, while ensuring merchant satisfaction and customer experience. Your focus will be on operational delivery, performance analytics, and cross-functional coordination to scale LaaS adoption among restaurants and grocery retailers – strengthening foodpanda’s ecosystem and enabling merchants of all sizes to grow through reliable, on-demand delivery. What you will do Drive fast, reliable, and cost-efficient delivery performance, ensuring service levels meet restaurant and grocery SLAs. Work closely with the logistics team to identify and execute performance improvement initiatives. Partner with Product and Tech teams to ensure the right features, tools, and integrations are built to support merchant needs and drive adoption. Own KPI dashboards and performance reviews for regional LaaS operations, translating data into actionable insights. Work closely with Country MDs, Commercial, Product, Finance, Legal, and Logistics to align strategy and execution across multiple regions. Support business development activities, including expanding LaaS adoption across restaurants, grocery chains, and SMEs in the EU, Turkey, and APAC. Coordinate materials and analysis for contract discussions and partnership reviews led by the Head of LaaS. Contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance merchant experience, operational efficiency, and commercial scalability. Qualifications You have at least 5 years of work experience in operations or a high growth start-up in third party logistics (3PL), LaaS (logistics as a service), same day delivery services You have strong leadership and communication skills, work independently and are reliable You are process-oriented and data-driven You have strong analytical skills, ability to extract & analyze data, and presenting concise and actionable insights; SQL experience is a plus You have a depth of knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sectors You are driven and ambitious You are proactive and can lead projects independently, end-to-end You are highly proficient in spoken and written English Experience working in high-volume fast-paced environment is preferred You are confident and comfortable with questioning the status quo when needed You are dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or any other quantitative field (STEM) Additional Information A dynamic and challenging working environment, with an extra steep learning curve.
