The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and motivate store employees to achieve sales and customer service goals. * Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures. * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. * Handle inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control. * Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. * Train, develop, and evaluate store staff performance. * Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement. * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
