The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise and motivate store employees to achieve performance goals. * Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking. * Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue. * Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly. * Prepare and analyze sales reports and store performance metrics. * Train, develop, and evaluate store staff to enhance skills and productivity.
