We are looking for a high-energy, talented individual to join our in-house content group as Manager, Park Studios Operations. Park Studios offers video production, animation, photography and design services. The Manager, Park Studios Operations will lead the day-to-day operations of the studio, manage the production sets for our house of brands as well as oversee a team of two. This position works in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment where efficiency and excellent work are top priorities. We are a creative collective built exclusively to support the business and its house of brands. The Manager, Park Studios Operations, reporting to the Senior Director, Integrated Marketing & Content, will serve as a project manager developing creative and marketing excellence and enhance business value to GE Appliances. This position will need to inspire and create process and discipline in asset development and build relationships and trust amongst the organization. Location: Louisville, KY (Fully on-site) Position Manager, Park Studios Operations Location USA, Louisville, KY How You'll Create Possibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: Project management of studio assignments including developing strategies, milestones, managing expectations and communications. Build strong, cross-functional partnerships synthesizing a variety of inputs into a high-quality execution that grows our brands. Passionate about understanding the business, industry and competition, leveraging that knowledge to help generate new ideas and providing recommendations for tools, processes, and best practices. Consistently collaborate with team members throughout the work process to foster, facilitate and consistently deliver great work that is on strategy, on time, and on budget. Engage, negotiate and coordinate with talent, crew, vendors and freelancers as needed. Strong, proactive communication and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline driven agency environment. Copy editing, proofreading, fact checking, research and/or writing as required. Lead the process development of the studio including project management tool, budgeting, studio scheduling, quality controls, asset library, file organization and maintenance. Manage the studio sets at the park maintaining the shooting calendar and coordination, upkeep, modifications and props. Lead a team of two by prioritizing workplans, driving rigor and defining SOP’s. What You'll Bring to Our Team Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related field 5 years of marketing experience Independent self-starter and extremely detail-oriented Prior project management experience with project management tool, having demonstrated ability to effectively progress projects and meet deadlines Able to present to Senior Leadership and influence decision makers Must be highly organized, efficient, and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to deliver and apply constructive creative feedback This role is on-site at GE Appliance Park with occasional travel as needed.
