Job Description The role of Manager, Partner Acquisition Strategy will execute and implement a scalable vision by leveraging key components such as market coverage, competition analysis, pricing, and offers. This role requires close collaboration with local markets, strong stakeholder management, and advanced analytical skills to drive business growth and optimize acquisition efforts. The role primarily focuses on driving partner acquisition efforts, scaling competitor strategies, and improving sales team efficiencies to enable active restaurant growth across all 16 markets. Main Responsibilities: Strategy Ownership: Act as the primary owner of the acquisition growth strategy, driving its end-to-end development and execution. Scalable Vision Design: Design a comprehensive vision and scalable approach for implementing the acquisition strategy across 17 countries. Market & Competitive Strategy: Leverage key components such as market coverage, competition analysis, pricing, and offers to craft effective strategies tailored to diverse market needs. Cross-Market Implementation: Lead the implementation of the strategy by working closely with local markets, ensuring alignment and consistency across countries. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve buy-in for strategic initiatives. Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep data analysis to extract insights, identify opportunities, and track the performance of acquisition strategies. Support Local Execution: Provide guidance and support to local teams, helping them integrate data-driven insights into their local execution plans. Commercial Enablement: Engage closely with country heads of sales and commercial directors to enable GTM strategies, understand restaurant performance, and unlock growth opportunities to drive restaurant acquisition growth on the platform. Qualifications Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales operations, tools management, or process improvement, preferably in a multi-country or regional role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery is a bonus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office Suite applications; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization while engaging across diverse markets and stakeholders. A proactive mindset to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions that enhance sales team productivity. Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and fostering performance excellence. Experience working across multiple countries or regions, with a strong understanding of diverse market dynamics.
