Description
Collaborate with the Sponsorship and Influencer teams to ensure global assets are maximised across paid, owned, and earned marketing channels. Work alongside Etihad's Alliances team to co-develop marketing plans with key partner airlines and joint ventures. Coordinate messaging, creative development, and campaign execution to ensure brand consistency and performance alignment. Support the development of joint marketing campaigns with tourism boards and destination partners by working with the Commercial Enablement and Regional Marketing teams. Monitor and propose media, influencer, or local content opportunities, liaising with Regional Marketing teams to assess fit and feasibility. Coordinate with Creative, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure partnership assets are on-brand and market-ready. Act as the operational hub for partnership marketing—managing timelines, approvals, and communication across teams. Share campaign outcomes and success metrics with key internal stakeholders to inform future partnership strategies. 5-7 years of experience in marketing, brand, or partnership roles, ideally with exposure to sponsorship, talent, or media integration. Strong relationship management and communication skills—capable of influencing and aligning diverse internal and external stakeholders. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams across time zones. Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, with a proactive mindset and high level of accountability. Strong understanding of how partnerships are activated across paid, owned, and earned channels. Self-sufficient and confident in managing cross-functional teams without direct reports, while maintaining momentum and clarity. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high degree of adaptability—comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving responsibilities.
