Job Details Salary Range: Undisclosed Description The Sales Operations Manager ensures the global Partner Services team operates efficiently and effectively by providing strategic support to the Executive Vice President, Global Partner Services, managing the Account Executive support team, and coordinating cross functional collaboration with Client Success and other internal departments. Operating in an evolving and collaborative environment, the Sales Operations Manager will drive operational excellence by overseeing sales administrative processes, reporting, and corporate account initiatives, while equipping the team with the tools and guidance needed to deliver consistent results and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Executive Vice President, Partner Services, to coordinate strategic initiatives, manage corporate accounts, and drive departmental priorities with precision and excellence. Lead and mentor the global Account Executive team to ensure operational consistency, accountability, and world class support for Partner Services. Maintain, organize, and update Standard Operating Procedures, templates, and departmental documentation to promote efficiency and scalability. Draft, review, and process new business agreements and proposals; ensure accurate execution and compliance with company standards. Develop and maintain insightful sales reports, executive presentations, and performance dashboards using Salesforce and other internal tools to inform strategic decision making. Manage the sales pipeline and tracking process, ensuring timely follow up with clients on outstanding agreements or renewals. Conduct market research and coordinate project work with Client Success to support Vice Presidents in managing regions and accounts. Prepare materials and documentation for Partner Services calls and meetings, ensuring leaders have relevant information and follow up support. Collaborate closely with Finance, Marketing, and Client Success to align operations and reporting, maintaining interdepartmental consistency. Serve as a central point of contact for interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring smooth information flow and timely resolution of operational needs. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence across Partner Services. Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to understand team needs and recommend solutions or enhancements for operational efficiency. Provide excellent client outreach and communication management when the Executive Vice President is out of office, including scheduling client calls and meetings. Manage account information using the companywide Salesforce database. Conduct weekly reporting and share insights with executive leadership to inform sales and the Global Partnership community. Qualifications Attention to Detail: High accuracy and organization across tasks. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for internal and client interactions across time zones. Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volume workloads effectively. CRM Expertise: Proficient in Salesforce and able to manage data, track pipelines, and generate reports. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Professionalism: Comfortable working with senior leadership and clients. Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail oriented, capable of managing both administrative and client facing tasks. Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast paced and dynamic work environment, with flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and new challenges. Contract Management: Strong understanding of contract processes and legal terminology related to sales and service agreements; able to liaise with internal counsel and ensure accurate execution of agreements. Industry Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer facing role is preferred but not essential. Confidentiality: Must maintain discretion regarding Forbes Travel Guide business practices, client data, and sensitive information.
