The Partnerships Marketing Manager (Strategic Partnerships) role supports developing strategies that drive acquisition, awareness, and brand love with partners for Disney+ and Disney bundles. This role supports existing partners, identifies new partner opportunities, and seeks innovative ways to advance growth and awareness objectives by leveraging partners’ unique value propositions.

  • Collaborate with existing partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve partnership objectives
  • Manage creative approvals for respective partnerships within Strategic Partnerships portfolio
  • Support prospecting of new partnerships by developing pitch materials and identifying strategic opportunities
  • Develop presentations that effectively communicate status and performance of partnerships to all levels of the organization

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Partnerships
  • Developing strategies and executing large-scale, cross-channel marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Working autonomously, multi-tasking, and leading several projects within a matrixed organization with numerous stakeholders
  • Critically thinking and problem solving with minimal direction
  • Fostering relationships rapidly to amplify business opportunities and achieve business objectives
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Powerpoint, AirTable

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of global streaming landscape

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    The hiring range for this position in California is $107,300.00 to $138,800.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered
