WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and passionate brand-marketer to join our team as a Regional Partnerships Manager, located in Calgary,Vancouver or Edmonton, to cover a 12-month maternity leave. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to help manage and bring-to-life our partnerships with our regional partnerships in Alberta and support in British Columbia including the Edmonton Oilers, Vancouver Canucks, Rogers Charity Classic, Mobi Bike Share, Sunshine Village, Calgary International Airport, and more. This role is responsible for leveraging these partnerships to drive business results for Rogers.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to execute best in class partnership-marketing campaigns. Specific portfolio to be established based on the candidate.
- Work with the Senior Manager, Partnerships to lead day-to-day relationships and responsibilities across Rogers’ partnerships portfolio including planning, strategy, activation & execution, and research & reporting.
- Lead, develop, and execute integrated partnership-marketing campaigns, including:
- Prepare decks and briefs to collaborate with agency partners and internal/ external stakeholders.
- Leverage data & insights to optimize current partnerships and plan for future programs.
- Execute partnerships & brand campaigns from concept development to execution
- Insights-driven creative development, approvals & partner integrations.
- Execution of virtual and in-person activations associated with Rogers’ partnerships.
- Liaise with Regional executives as the local prime on partnership engagement, including onsite hospitality, Executive relationships with partners and performance and reporting.
- Responsible for all administrative tasks across the portfolio, including ensuring ongoing maintenance of all finance processes (ie. Invoicing, reporting, contracts, approvals etc.).
- Continuously identify ways to challenge the status quo and elevate Rogers’ Partnerships to deliver on long-term brand growth and business impact.
