ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as Manager, Partnerships on a permanent, full-time basis.
In this role, you’ll lead a passionate and committed team driving the implementation of key College strategies that elevate the voices of people with lived and living experience within the mental health sector, support meaningful First Nations engagement, and foster the inclusion of overseas trained psychiatrists.
This is a senior leadership position, working closely with the Executive Manager, Partnerships and Engagement. You’ll act as their deputy and play a unifying role across the department, ensuring alignment, clarity, and purposeful collaboration across all program areas.
With responsibility for a team of seven, you’ll oversee work that supports representative committees, advances the College’s Reconciliation Action Plan (2024–2026), and contributes to embedding cultural safety across our organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, setting clear direction and driving delivery on strategic and operational plans.
  • Support the implementation of the Lived and Living Experience Strategy and the Reconciliation Action Plan across the College.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to Partnership and Representative committees, ensuring meaningful engagement and measurable outcomes.
