Description
Execute plans to build and maintain partnerships with key payment entities. Build rapport with operational stakeholders at partner organizations. Manage contracts and agreements under senior guidance. Partner with product and marketing teams to roll out new partnership-driven initiatives. Analyze partner performance data to identify areas of improvement or new opportunities. Track regulatory updates and competitive developments that could impact partnerships. Report progress on partnerships to senior leadership regularly. Lead internal teams in resolving partnership-related challenges. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Identify incremental opportunities for partnership expansion. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience across commercial negotiation, strategy, finance & analytics, with proven track record of successfully managing complex partnership agreements. Experience working across different geographies and markets, designing strategic and commercial initiatives informed by data, partner and customer feedback, and on-the-ground market insights and evolving needs/requirements. Demonstrated record of executing against goals Business acumen and a strong understanding of product strategy. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities, and experience building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders. Ability to communicate, present, and craft compelling narratives to influence internal and external technical and business stakeholders at C-suite levels and across diverse teams at all levels. Particularly, the ability to simplify complex narratives for executive consumption. Deep comfort operating in the ambiguity of an ever-evolving product that operates at scale globally.
