Description

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience managing payroll for multiple countries in the UK/EMEA region is preferred
  • Payroll certifications such as CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) or PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner). Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in the UK/EMEA region.


    • Experience working with ADP payroll platforms and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).



      • Prior experience managing a team, preferably in an offshore model.



        • Experience working in a shared services or global payroll environment preferred.
