Job Overview The Manager Payroll role requires an in-depth understanding of Payroll concepts, theories, and principles and basic knowledge of other related disciplines. They must be to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the Payroll discipline as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. They impact the level of service and the Payroll team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. Decisions made by the Manager Payroll should be guided by policies, resource requirements, budgets, and the business plan. The main focus will be on Lutech UK payroll.
