REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Social Security consultant or University/Commercial education with respective specialisation
  • University graduate or 5 years of work experience within HR or customer services
  • Fluent in English and German verbal and written
  • First project experience
Responsibilities

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION:

Contribute to adherence, optimization and compliance of adidas AG HR practices to Social Security regulations, laws and obligations of adidas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling of all social security compliance matters for the adidas AG including the resulting consequences
  • Ensures regular audit and compliance reporting of social security regulations compliance, as well as continuous improvement of related processes.
  • Support monthly and yearly activities by preparing the social security settlements
  • Act as primary contact person with regard to social security matters
  • Assist in social security regulation audits of the adidas AG
  • Negotiation of subject areas with the authorities
  • Implementation of related measures resulting from the potential audits
  • Consultation and support for the HR Services team with regard to social security matters
  • supporting the Rewards / HR Partners with regard to social security matters
  • Improvement of relevant processes
  • Revision of existing guidelines & definition and documentation of cross-departmental workflows
  • Participation in potential projects involving own area of responsibility
