Description

The Culture & Engagement Manager plays a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive experience for our people across the KDN centres in India. This role focuses on strengthening our culture, improving how employees feel at work, and ensuring that everyone has the support and opportunities they need to grow. You will shape and deliver engaging initiatives that bring our values to life, while working closely with leaders and teams to make meaningful improvements. As a member of the central Talent , Performance & Engagement team (TP&E), you will work closely with Project Leaders to help connect local culture, engagement, IDE, performance and development, and recognition programs to our global People strategy. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, driving change, and making a real impact on how teams work and thrive.
